Apple Butter

Slow-cooked until the apples melt into something your grandmother would recognize. Deep amber, sweet with a trace of warm spice, and thick enough to spread on a biscuit without sliding off.

Goes well on warm biscuits, swirled into oatmeal, or paired with sharp cheddar. Small-batch. Hand-jarred. Made the way it used to be.
